On some pages of our website you have the possibility to fill out registration forms for services offered by Sonnek Engineering (for example our newsletter, clarification of technical questions, actions etc.). When completing these forms, you must provide your name, e-mail address, company, and other information required to provide these services. For orders, the announcement of the address is necessary for the shipment. In addition, you may provide additional information that is not strictly necessary to enable us to provide you with an even better and more personalized service.

We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes visits of companies to our website based on IP-addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies for providing transparency on how our visitors use our website and the tool processes domains from provided form inputs.

Data storage:
We point out that for the purpose of simpler purchasing and subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the connection owner are stored, as well as name, address and depending on the payment method and the credit card number of the buyer.

The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR. 

Sharing the data:
We reserve the right to share accumulated general demographic data with our partners for statistical purposes. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information.
